Looking back I wonder why I ever questioned the need to work with a coach. Working with Lianne has been a life changing experience for me. Dear Lianne -Thanks so much for the energy and commitment you brought to the Association for Spirit at Work retreat.  We were blessed to have you join us in many ways.

The Trance Dance that you facilitated was an extremely powerful and effective tool for coming in touch with the truth of the shadow that evening. You were courageous in taking on that challenging assignment and moderated it very well.  The way you modeled both taking responsibility for the group experience and then the willingness to process through in order to let go was a great gift to the rest of us who take on such leadership roles in our work. I also appreciated the authentic joyful quality about you that  helped create a joyful experience for the participants.  Thanks for being present at the whole event where your joy, deep caring and graceful way of being added to the whole.  The radiance and grace you emanate so fluidly is a kind of dance or music in your very being.  How appropriate it was for you to guide the Trance Dance.
